Australia: Political problems in US want to move:

I have visited Australia before and loved it. I would really like to move there and thought I would ask for advice. Any positive or negative information is good because I would like to hear from both sides. the reason why I ask is bc: I feel that the US is no longer a United country. We have loss all our strength because we have not stayed true to our founding values. I feel it is a matter of time before we implode on ourselves. It's not that I hate America because I don't, I am so proud to be an American. I just feel that the government/war situation is going to get worse. The government is making changes and I think the American people won't realize this till it is too late. Any advice? Aussies your advice would be much appreciated too :) thanks
