Saudi Arabia: What to expect-moving to riyadh:

I just received word that I will be moving to Saudi in June working at King Faisal Hospital and very excited! But I don't know what to expect. Where do I start with packing, banking, phone service.....anyone have any suggestions or opinions please feel free to share. Even a website where I can do a little research on relocating to Saudi..
