Since you have dual-citizenship, I believe things would be a bit easier for you. On future salary I think that will depend in which company you be working for in Angola such as: Chevron Angola, Total Angola and so on. On job prospects if you would earned a Masters in Electronics you would be fine. The job market it´s still good for people who have earned their degrees.
