Israel: moving to israel:

hi, i am wanting to move to israel with my family. I would prefer to live up in northern israel as my internet research shows it to be more affordable. I need help in finding a place to rent, such as where is a good city or place to rent where i can get a 2 or 3 bedroom to rent and not have to sell my children to pay for it.. where to find places for rent outside of the big cities like tel aviv? Any help would be greatly appreciated..as I am ready to make the big leap...
