is it possible to teach Eng. and just make enough to meet all your living expenses; another post said most salaries are under $500/mo, true? I need to make a living w/o rental expense but with ownership expenses. Also does anyone know about possibilities for renting out rooms to students, regulations and how much rental inc. to expect in a place like Salto with a lg. univ. populace?

Panama: Moving OUT:

i'm living in Naples, FL and am interested in Panama; can you tell me if you can get a condo around David or Boquete for under $100K; also i need to make a living w/o rent expense, a modest living; is that possible teaching Eng. (have an M.S and experience) in David or Pan. City; will probably come down in fall but at this pt. know very little about practicalities of living there. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
