Jamaica: Help finding a safe 2 bdrm condo in Kingston:

Hi folks, I'll be moving to Kingston Jamaica from Canada within the next 2 weeks . The company will assist me with finding a suitable residence once i'm there, but wanted to get some information prior to landing in Kingston. Can anyone help me with any information on those neighbourhoods that are safe and clean? - I will have a vehicle also and don't mind a small commute. Any idea what the price range per month would be as well (in US $ currency)? Thanks much and cheers!
