Peru: Relationship do's and don'ts:

Hi, I am in a relationship with a Peruvian girl who I see once every 3 months when I visit on business. The rest of the time we keep in touch via e-mail, Skype, etc. I seem to regularly get in trouble with her over things that I say (type) and was wondering if anyone had any advice about things that tend to get the Peruvian ladies worked up. I suspect that it is mostly due to language problems, but there may be more to it (cultural also??). I am trying to understand her a bit better, thats all.......
