Austria: gross and net salaries in Vienna (Austria):

Hi, My company wants to move me in Vienna and they offered me a "gross" salary. Does anybody know what % of the gross salary is actually received? I have a kid - 7 months old, maybe this also should be taken into consideration? Thank you in advance for your help.
