Honduras: Starting a Business:
Yes get your residency first. You'll need a local attorney. But before doing that check with Honduran banks about U. S. citizens opening bank accounts. U. S. tax and banking laws make it such a burden on foreign banks that some Honduran banks don't want to open accounts with U. S. citizens.

Does anyone know someone in Belize who married a U. S. Citizen and moved to the U. S.? Thank you for your help.

Global Expat Forum: Driver license and residency:
You didn't say which country you are moving to, but AAA has an international drivers license. It's only good in some foreign countries, not in the U. S. AAA can probably tell you if the license is accepted in the country you're going to.
Paraguay: How is the climate in Paraguay (pls elaborate):
The seasons in Paraguay are the opposite of ours in North America. It's cold and rainy in July and August winter and hot as hell in December & January summer which is when the snakes come out of hibernation. Humidity is greater in rural swampy areas. If you buy or own land watch out for squatters.
Paraguay: Trying to find a way to relocate to Paraguay.:
Good morning,
My wife has a sister and family living in Paraguay. We plan to visit them in late June or early July. They live in a small town, San Lorenzo, where they own and operate a Tilapia fish aqua farm in a rural area. I don't know if that area would appeal to you but if you like I could ask about other areas. We've never been there before so I don't know much about the country.
