Zimbabwe: House to rent/buy in Harare, Zimbabwe:

I own a lovely house in Emerald Hill, Harare zoned for one prominent junior school and two senior schools. Emerald Hill is approximately 10 minutes drive to the northern suburbs including Borrowdale, and 10 minutes drive to the Harare CBD. Emerald Hill is in close vicinity to Arundel and Mount Pleasant office parks, where the EU and a number of other organisations are located. Our property is fully walled with electric fence on top and down the inside of the wall; a manageable size of approximately 4500 square meters. Our yard has a chiptile swimming pool, and excellent security with a radio link to a reaction team. The main house has 4 bedrooms (main ensuite), 2 full bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, dining room, lounge, kitchen, pantry, laundry room, double door garage. In the garden there is a 2 bedroom cottage with a full bathroom, open-plan lounge and kitchenette, also alarmed. Both the cottage and main house each have a satellite dish installed for DSTV. The main house has been wired to accommodate a generator (we use 5.5kva) which can generate enough electricity for the whole property. There is a three room domestic quarters. We do have a cook/maid and a gardener who live on the property and who we would like a potential renter / owner to take on.
