Israel: Move to Israel:

Hi, My son and I are German Christians. We are living in the UK at present but we'd love to relocate to Israel, especially Jerusalem. i would be very pleased if someone could give me some advice about High Schools in Jerusalem. I contacted a few ministries and organizations but unfortunately no one could give me some information. There are also so many things I'd like to know about jobs, daily life etc and I'd be very pleased to hear from you.

Hi, My son and I are Germans and we are living in the UK since April 2007. I used to work for the German Inland Revenue for 17 years and I can tell you that it the German system is very, very complicated. I think you should find a tax consultant at least for the beginning to find out how the tax system works. Most schools in Germany are public schools. I think in this special area you should be able to find good schools for your kids. You only have to pay for books, jotters, pens etc. By the way, there are no school uniforms in Germany! If there is anything else you'd like to know just send another mail.
