Kyrgyzstan: Go Home or Stay?:

I have been living outside the States for 15 years and living in Kyrgyzstan for the last six. My life here in Kyrgyzstan has been very difficult and not very successful but none the less very involved. Now, my situation has suddenly changed dramatically leaving me feeling very frightened, alone and unstable. Now the question is: should I try to stay in Kyrgyzstan, which may be difficult, or go back to the US, which also will be extremely difficult. I no longer have any friends or family in the US and don't even know where I would go. On the other hand, I don't know if I have any true friends in Kyrgyzstan. Obviously this is a very much abreviated version of the whole situation but if anyone can give me any feedback I would very grateful.
