Jamaica: Moving to JA with Non-Jamaican Spouse:

From someone who travels to Jamaica at least 3 times per year, I always send down barrels when I go down, please note you need a TRN to clear the barrels. I've brought household appliances etc but the best thing to do is when your packing is to put all the appliances, electronics etc, at the bottom of the barrel, customs rarely empty the barrel. In my experience they've only gone half way.

Jamaica: Buying a New Car:

How much is insurance?

Jamaica: bringing in fur;niture and stuff:

In order to do that you need to have a TRN card. You would ship the items to yourself and on the customs form you get on the airplane, you indicate how many unaccompanied items you have and after you collect your luggage, you go to the line where you have items to declare and you will receive a yellow form in which you get a certain dollar amount off the custom fees and you bring that form with you when you claim your shipped items.
