Bermuda: Work in Bermuda:

I have found a job that I am going to apply for in Bermuda for around 90k. There's only two of us so even with the most expenisve rents we should be k for money. The problem is that my partner is not a qualified professional and I am unsure as to what the work situation would be for him. He has worked in hospitality for years and I would like to know if these types of jobs are available to ex-pats and also if he can work in Bermuda on the back of me getting a job there and how at all works? I am a little confused bout how it would work. I would also appreciate any feed back on what people generally get up to in their spare time and anything tht they could recommend. I have read mixed reviews about the island and being two young people I am concerned that it's going to be very quiet for us? I would also like to know what the relationships with the locals are like here? I have read a few articles about how friendly everybody is and also some about how tehy aren't? Help!
