Moldova: Do you need help in Moldova?:

Hey Richy, I am a foreigner from Sweden who have bought an agricultural land in Moldova through a friend, but it is in a local persons name! I have come across that the friend is untrusthful and I need to get the land (if possible) over to my name! Can I as a foreigner get the land into my name? Is it possible to get the land privatized and then into my name? I have no idea and 6 months have passed!! Any Idea?? All suggestions are appreciated? Thank you!
