Kenya: Moving to mombasa:

Hi everyone i am visiting Mombasa, Kenya in February with an intention to move there from Uk. I have a Girlfriend who lives there and i intend to live with her there, we are hoping to marry too as i believe its easier to get a visa this way i also need a visa for entry and want to know how to apply for one. If anyone can help me please do :)

Kenya: Tips if you're coming to Kenya:

Thats good advice i hope to visit Kenya in February for 2weeks and then train with BMS missionaries when i return to the Uk in Birmingham. This will get me a permanent resident visa to stay there as it will be for a church mission placement in Kenya and these are hardly ever turned down. I will also get a monthly allowance from BMS after training, which will provide some form of wealth while i am there, i have a girlfriend in Mombasa too so for me accomodation is no worry. My next step is to get a tourist visa to visit for 2 weeks in February and my Kenya move will take off from there hopefully :)

Kenya: Job in Kenya:

Hello my name is John i have a girlfriend living in mombasa and am seeking work there too, so i can stay with her. I will let u know if anything comes to my attention. Most work in Kenya i found seems to be voluntary, i am hoping to get paid work in the Mombasa region

Kenya: moving to kenya:

Hello i am looking to move to Kenya too as my girlfriend currently lives there in Mombasa. We are planning to marry around June 2009 and i'm visiting her in February marriage is the easiest way to get hold of a visa to stay there. If u marry your girlfriend in Kenya u will obtain a visa which allows u to stay. Work permits are tricky. The best hope is to look out for work while in Kenya after getting a visa sorted. Then u should get a permit. Work is hard to get there though so i wish u good luck :)
