Netherlands: Job for Irish in Netherlands:

Hi I am thinking of moving to the Netherlands and will have a place to stay (in Tiel). I have been looking to see what English speaking jobs there are (I do not speak Dutch yet) and there are some. The only query I would have is this... How possible is it for an EU citizen to get a HR, Administrative, Secretarial job when you probably have plenty of people to fill these positions in The Netherlands... Does it happen? Do EU citizens without Dutch get these jobs or are native Dutch preferred? I would love some advise from people who are either Dutch or who have worked there and know the job market...
