Here is some answers regarding motorcycling in Aktau. In total the roads are very good especially for motorcycling (this is what local person from Altau said). There are no any motorcycling clubs. Prices are expensive and regarding the documentation all can be done with out any problem.Good luck!

Hello! Knowing many expats or people from abroad I dont know even one which have been check by police on the streets and asked to show the passport. In any case I would not worry about it.

Kazakhstan: Shipping personal items to Aktau:

Regarding reliable company I have to say that it still will be companies like DHL, at least you can track your subject of shipment. There are some local firms, but even me been local i would prefer to stick with a DHL. my friends had some bed experience with local companies. Good luck! :-)
