Angola: Moving to Windhoek but working in Angola:

I am a 34 years old,Angola, married, 4 kids and well employed in Angola. I am an Angolan living in angola at the moment but I want to move my family to Windhoek but I do not know where to study. Schhool for kids, house to stay, ..., everything is new and requires info from whoever can help. I am intending to continue to work offshore in Angola, my wife wants to travel to Luanda every 3 months but my boys (3) needs to stay all the time in Namibia. what can I do? Help, please.
