Jamaica: Renting a Flat/Apartment:

My family and I are continuing to seriously explore the the possibility of living in Jamaica, most likely MoBay. We are looking for short-term housing (e.g., flat, apartment, etc.) until we determine a more long-term arrangement. Can anyone advise as to what the options are for renting a flat/apartment? Are there local Web sites that advertise such housing?

Jamaica: How long can a U.S. citizen stay in Jamaica?:

My fiancee, son and I are thinking about moving to Jamaica. We have both been several times and love the island. However, I am having a difficult time figuring out how long I can stay. If I am not a permanent resident (or citizen) then what is the maximum amount of time I can reside there? How long before I can come back? The ultimate goal would be to find employment there but not sure if that makes a difference in how long we are able to stay there. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. -Alpesh
