Hi, I'm a teacher with 25 + years of experience, a middle school library media specialist teaching computer applications. I will be moving in January for a 6 months sabbatical with my husband. We'll be living near Breuklen. Any chance you'd need a temporary teacher in this area?

Netherlands: Moving from Canada to Netherlands//Help or Info?:

This is just a personal experience, my husband is a scientist doing a sabbatical with a scientific lab here in The Netherlands. Even though scientists get many exceptions for working in foreign countries and our stay is short, only 6 months, we have had quite a bit of paperwork to contend with. We're in a small town not far from Utrecht and had to go to the equivalent of the county seat to fill out four pages of paper work asking us for among other things names and birth dates, and places for our ex-spouses and our deceased parents! They then did some processing and told us we needed to take sealed envelopes with data to Utrecht which is a regional center. In the mean time his Dutch pay is in limbo until he can get the equivalent of a Tax ID #.
