Netherlands: Civic Integration Course:

Hello, I am Elyana and am new to this Forum. I will be arriving in the Netherlands at the end of January 09 from the UK and am trying to prepare myself for the move. I have received a positive advice from the Dutch Govt on the Knowleldge Migrant Programme Visa. I am wondering if it is compulsory for me to take part in the Civic Integration Course? (not that I am adverse to it, I quite look forward to this actually) and wonder if anyone here has attended the course? Hear from you soon! Elyana
