I have to agree with Amerab, I work for a Kuwaiti company with a diverse workforce, the common joke is that we have India mafians who would go to any length even blackmail to get rid of anyone they don't like mostly the Africans even westerners! and their power is growing despite their lack of experience and skills. I have to sympathise with you, and whatever you've experienced but there is racism everywhere its worse in Asia as far as Im concerned. Most unskilled Asians come in as maids or drivers you'll find this all over the world even in Europe, I have seen maids treated badly by their Asian bosses, Kuwaitis are proud people sometimes arrogant, you even notice it in their dealings with other countries in the ME. I've enjoyed my time here its a great place.

Kuwait: Rental laws in Q8:

Hi everyone, what are the laws re rentals? I've just paid the agency fee, the keys have been given to me as the rent is starting next month, but I've just found out I have to leave is that agency fee refundable? I've been calling them to get the keys but they are ignoring me.
