Estonia: Moving To Tallinn:

Hi, Im thinking of moving to Estonia, Tallinn Prob! as my husband is Estonian, I am British, were fed up of the English culture and want to bring up our children somewhere safer!! my children are only 3 & 7 months and speak English but understand Estonia to a degree! Can anyone English tell me what is like, i've been there many times but living will be different!! is the schooling good? is it safe for my children? Will I pick up the language ok? what can you tell me? Look forward to hearing from you ....
