I am a 28 year old American woman married for over two years to a Moroccan man. As of right now we live in the United States, but we will be moving to Morocco to live. I am a stay at home wife by choice, as it was my childhood wish to be just that. We are the proud parents of a yellow Labrador named Zoe. I am really looking forward to the move, and can not wait to get there and to start exploring Morocco.

Morocco: Moving to Rabat with pets:

I am a bit disturbed about the medication of pets in Morocco. Most good vets will tell you that human medication is not good for an animal even if its for children. Also how can you ferry a dog over to Spain? I thought that you would have to fill out all kinds of paperwork, and that takes a lot of time and then there are waiting times etc. and if its an emergency, that seems like a very long wait. Please correct me if I am wrong and I hope that I am wrong. If not, are there any better vets than that over in Morocco? We will be taking our Labrador with us, and after reading this kind of information I am deeply concerned and scared about all that. Also do you have any information about pet food. We feed her only super premium holistic food. Will we be able to find that over there? Any information about this topic would be very helpful, to me and I hope that you can calm my fears lol. Morocco: Info Needed PLZ:

My first question is about TV in Morocco. Are there any English speaking channels? or a way to get them? Another question I have is about the supermarkets and products such as shampoos, body washes, household cleaning items, etc. Are there any stores that sell American brands of some of the stuff that I listed? My husband told me that there is a store that certain people can have access to that sales mainly American items in it, his dad is a member of it, but hubby does not remember all the details about the store. What all kinds of things do you all get over there that are the same things that we use in the states on a daily basis? Any help would be super appreciated
