Hi Farhat, Although a lengthy process but it can be done. The best route is through AlIMARAH (governor office - HRH Salman). You need to file a request with all details and supporting docs. You have a 50/50 chance and it always DEPENDS. There is no clear process apart from making a good case and hopefully it can go thru. Best of luck.
