Kuwait: Tipping:

there are two categories of labour in supermarkets, petrol stations, these people are live on tips as I heard that they have to pay money to a supervisor to get them in then what they get as tips is what they get, they don't get a wage or a salary. For waiters/ess, it's different as they get a salary so it's up to you to tip them or not.
