Scotland: Looking for a job:

Hi everyone, I just arrived in Glasgow about a month ago. I have dual citizenship with the UK. I have been looking for a job for about 3 weeks now, I have met with a few agencies but still no interviews does it normally take this long here? I have been a Paralegal in the U.S. (Las Vegas) for over 10 years didn't think it would be this difficult to find work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
