Jamaica: Moving:

Hi I would like to hear from anyone who has moved or is planning to move to Jamaica and what their experiences are. My mother is Jamacian but has lived in England for nearly 50 years and even though she has visited the island over the years she is still apprehensive about us all moving. I am excited. What I really need help with is how do I find a job? We have enough family to help us, but I would like to hear from anyone who has experience of landing themself work and what professions they would prefer. Also, what type of properties do they rent and are they long or short term.
