Laos: Considering a move with spouse and a 9mth old:

Hi to all, I find the forum useful and have fiollowed some discussion threads already. I am consideting rellocation from the US to Lao smwhere in October with an international organization. I will move with my spouse and son. Two questons : - How easy is it to get employed by an NGO there. My spouse has a long NGO career. - How easy to raise a 8mth old. Can u find basic stuff for babies in Lao. I.e. can u find baby food / diapers, etc??? Grateful for your insights. Best
