Can you buy Health Insurance without resident visa or do you have to wait until you get like a permanent status? Thank You.

Nicaragua: Matagalpa:

Does anyone know how many expats live in Matagalpa? Would like to get whatever information anyone can give me about the place. Also information about San Juan Del Sur would be super, like cost of living vs. Granada and Managua. Dr's, Hospitals, Malls, Housing etc. Thank you, Paul.

Nicaragua: short term stay, (2-3 mnts):

I am an early 50's model (male).looking for a room w/own bath in Managua from mid Jan. to mid/end of Feb. and in Granada end of Feb. to beginning of April. Does anybody have any contacts that they trust? Must be centraly located, safe and clean. Thanks
