I understand that there is a small but growing vibrant Jewish population in Iceland. I will be in Iceland towards the end of July, 2016 and would like to meet some fellow Jews.

I too am inspired by Iceland. I will be there in Mid-July. I would like to explore all opportunities and would like to specifically research how Iceland prepares their students vocationally as I will be an early retiree researching how alike and different the approaches are to the US. As this is a bit off your beaten path as described - I would like to get your input for travel, places to stay (cheap) and schools.
