Saudi Arabia: Domestic Help,What is the policy ?:

What is the policy on domestic help, 1: i am of the understanding that a man can not be in the same place as a women if they are not married. 2: If this is the case how would a male ( being me ) in an apartment get a domestic helper in to clean the place say once a wek or so. 3: Pls not being offensive here but would it be plausable / acceptable if point 1 applies to ask the domestic helper to either shower( in the spare bathhroom / shower ) prior to undertaking her task of cleaning the apartment, ( some of the helpers i have heard do smell a bit ripe ) like i said i did not want to be offensive but i could not say it any more diplomatically than that.
