Jamaica: Anyone planning or moved to Jamaica:

I am planning to sell my home and go and live in Jamaica with my significant other who was returned to Jamaica and just before he returned had a stroke. So I am planning to go and put the rest in the Lords hands. Do you have any advise on how to get a small place for him and I. We are elders and have a few more years to enjoy our lives. What about your belongings how do you do that? Is it by weight? Please tell me about health insurance? Thank you,
