China: candian and chinese have a baby! URGENT!:

Ive been with my Girl Friend (GUANGXI CHINA) for a 2 years now. We are having a baby but have not yet completed the marriage cert. She cant speak english but i can speak chinese (canadian) and i figured since baby is coming in oct id have the maririage cert sorted by aug. If i take her to canada then i would have to leave her there as i need to be here in china for biz reasons. Additionally i want my kid to have my citizenship. I was told today that i would be rejected the marriage cert as she is visibly pregnant and it shows. So eventually i would have to pay a fine (FA KUAN) or rush to canada. 1. Is there a way to get the marriage cert and get approval in order to escape and fines and have proper certs for eventual immigration to canada? 2. Has anyone else been in this situation and how to sort out this so we can be straight. regards, RAJ
