Hello I want to boast that the - finally bought his dream home and at the price you want. For this I want to share with all my sorrows in finding my home in Bulgaria. My story begins in mid-2009 when I decided to get a home in Bulgaria. My search began with a review of the tenders on the Internet, a survey of agencies that offer properties (their former clients). I came to Bulgaria in August to visit several properties from an agency but they were very different from the pictures I had seen and therefore not bought nothing. disappointed back in UK. From the forums I found that the agencies work with a very high profit (up 300 percent) and started looking for some places that let me connect directly with the seller because it has a limited budget. After a very busy communicating in forums has received information that a person who has helped many foreigners to acquire a home in Bulgaria. I continued with my research and found the contacts of Mr. Popov from Yambol. He asked me to find the house of my dreams in Bulgaria. I approached quite negative but I sent him an e-mail with my criteria for a house, not long after I received an e-mail to the houses that Mr. Popov was found. I wanted to see them and I got first aircraft to Bulgaria to my surprise I saw a man at the airport with my name written on a sheet and very surprised. I went to him and asked him WHY keep my name written on paper and he told me in Bulgarian from what I understand Popov and taxi, Yambol and guessed that the taxi was sent to me by Mr. Popov. The taxi ride to the hotel and there Popov kept me waiting for my apartment. Already on the next days we visited the selected houses from me, I liked one and asked him the price he told me that I will meet with the owner of the house to negotiate the price directly. We get talking and I decided to buy a house. Popov claimed responsibility for the transaction and make all documents + registration of a company, after making all the documents done deal and I was already proud owner of a house in General Inzovo. Everyone will be asking how it seemed to help Mr. Popov only 567 euro in this price include all documents and making of my Company. I gave him 1000 euro, and thanked for the help. If someone is in a position where I was and I just wanted to check whether this is true I would give any contacts Mr. Popov.That's my story Regards from lovely Inzovo Griffin Very Happy

Hello My name is constantin popov I'm bulgarian and i live in SE bulgaria is lovely place. The buissnes area is good. I'm living in town of Yambol.My region is the most wanted from English.The reason of that is the cheapest prices of the houses (not from agency they put 200 % profit) and the very low cost of living. I want to let you know something all the agency in bulgaria are working with minimum 100% profit which means the owner take the same money like the agency. There is one wrong think which the english think when they come to BG and that's Bulgarian are bad people and they all the time are trying to take money from you THAT'S WRONG!!! If you want to buy a house in bulgaria buy it from the owner DO NOT PAY CRAZY COMISIONS OF THE AGENCY, If you need more info or if you want some contacts with owners feel welcome to ask ;)
