Kyrgyzstan: Expat Adoption:

Hello all! DH and I are considering a move to Kyrgyzstan. However, we also want to start a family soon and have decided to adopt. Is it possible to adopt from Kyrgyzstan as expats living there? Is is much easier and/or less expensive than adopting overseas from the US? I know that it is quite difficult for foreigners to adopt from Kyrgyzstan. However, sometimes its different for expats. Anyone have any idea? Thanks so much!
