Kuwait: Advice Please:

I have booked to come over for 9 days (Sept 10th to Sept 19th) to look for a job. I currently work in Finance but have worked in Hospitality before. Does anyone have any ideas/advice where the best job agencies are? Where is a nice centrally located Hostel/Hotel to base myself in to explore Kuwait City looking for jobs? Has the current Worldwide recession affected jobs and are there still jobs being offered? Especially to expats? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
