Nepal: Advices to rent in Nepal:

Namaste! I'm planning to moving to Nepal for a season. I know, as a foreigner, I'm not able to buy a property there, so I'm needing some advices to know where is the best place to adress to get reliable information, in order to rent or lease a flat, a house, or even get a trasfer to run a hostel for a season. Nepal: Trying to lease a hostel in Pokhara. Is it difficult?:

Hello!! My name is Franco, I live in Spain and I'm travelling to Nepal next month. I've got a plan with my fiancee, we are so eager to get a hostel to lease or rent (in leasehold) in the city of Pokhara, or in another town at Annapurna Valley. I'm looking for a guesthouse, youth hostel or small hotel to run by myself, during a undefined space of time, to leasing or renting. Is there anybody able to tell me something about this? I.e. where should I adress to get more info? Any kind of information will be very useful. Thank you very much in advance to everybody!

Hi Ginners!! So it's also exactly my plan: getting a transfer at a real estate in Nepal to open a hostel for travellers. I'm just starting to get information, I really don't know exactly how and where should I adress to get it. Next week I'll meet the Nepali Consul in my city (Barcelona) and I hope to Please, If you already did your project, otherwise it's in progress, can you tell me if you did it everithing in Nepal, or you did your search in your country?
