Company: Our client is one of the most successful in the travel and tourism industry worldwide. Their European Service centre, the heart of their operations, is based in Ireland. This European Centre is responsible for Customer advice, booking their orders and after sales services! With this company you can go places!
Role: They are currently recruiting for a native German speaker reservations agent. He/She will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers in German and advising them on the best products to meet their needs. This is an inbound sales job that requires you to listen to the customer, understand their needs and advise and close them on taking the most suitable product. The position is managed on metrics such as call ratios, sales conversions from calls and meeting company and team targets.
Skills: The ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 6+ month’s previous reservation sales, telesales, business development or similar targeted inbound or outbound sales role. Candidates with solid customer service skills gained in a contact centre that can demonstrate target driven work experience may be considered. For this role you need to have attention to detail excellent communication skills and be well able to work toward deadlines. Excellent written and spoken German skills are required.

Role: As a member of the German and Flemish team you will support calls, emails and client requests from customers in Germany and Belgium. The role is a mix of customer service and technical support.
