Uruguay: visa application for spouse of filipino assigned in uruguay:

Me and my husband are both Filipinos living in the Philippines now. He's work is in I.T. and he will be assigned to work in Uruguay this Oct and will stay there for one year. We have planned that I go with him but my concern is will I be permitted to stay that long in Uruguay if I don't have a working visa like my husband. Added info I'm also 2 months pregnant now and I just don't know how it will work if I will only be given 3months stay there and will need to go back here. Thanks in advance!
