Kuwait: Best Places in Kuwait:

Best places in Kuwait are: Scientific Center which has aquarium and IMAX theater. Entertainment City & Sheab Park which are best places for family entertainment and roller coaster rides. There is a Ice skating place which also features seasonal shows. Several shopping malls like Fanar, souq sharq, Bustan, Kuwait magic, and many others scattered in Kuwait. There are plenty of Cinemas in Kuwait, best are those located in teh Fanar & souq sharq. Swimming pool complex located on teh Rabian Culf street near Salmya which has several swimming pools. Aqua Park, a water park located next to Kuwait Towers. Kuwait Towers where you can see Kuwait from high elevation and also can vist the restuarant there. Liberation Tower which is one of the world long buildings and also there is a restaurant up there where you can have meal looking at kuwait city from top very nice at night time. There are many freat restaurants some of which you as a westernn may like such as Fridays, Chillis, Bustan (Lebanese food), Mahraja palas( Indian), Nino, Carenos ( Italian), and many other including fanous fast food chains such as McDonald's and BUrger King. Many spas in Hotels. Do not miss out the HASHMIA largest wooden ship in the whole World in SAS hotel. Recently opened mall MUhalab in Hawaly. Salmya Shops ( Salem Al-Mubarak Street) features many outdoor shops. Camping in the desert is one of the gratest hobbies of Kuwaitits if you can arrange to go in winter with group of friends or family you will enjot bbq atmospher and experiencing Tent living, best locations is Mushref & Kathma Camps. THere are plenty of beaches on Kuwiat all along the Arabian street and on Abo hlaifa. Masila beach is well knows also and there is a water park there. Water activities in Kuwat are alot in Summer you can rent a jet ski, fast boat. You can cathc aboat from teh shores of Souq sharq and Sultan Resturant ( on the arabian street ) which will sail on in teh Kuwait bay, very beautiful near sun set and at night. No bars in Kuwait and no drinking of alcohol allowed because traditional Kuwaiti's like to maintain relegious roles which ban the drinking of wine. There are several Cabin rental resorts which take you outside of Kuwait city where you can live quitety with your family and enjoy the beaches and water activities, like Khairan and Saleh Shehab Resorts. The fair grounds in Mushraf features year round exhibits like books, cars, watches, cosmetic, home accesories and many others you just need to keep chekcing for them. The green Island, a nice walking place and few fun things for kids, located on the beach near Sheab Park, on the long Arabian street. Kuwait: Wanting to learn more about Kuwait.:

I am from Kuwait, i can tell you that in kuwait you will not feel different or alien becasue in Kuwat there are about 1.2 million expant from different nationalities. Speaking English is fine to be bale to communicate with people. People ingeneral are educated and respect expants. It is hard to find jobs here in the entery level, and being 22 give me the impression that you have little work experience. Having friends here will make it easier for you a job so do not woryy it may just take some time to find the perfect one. Cost of living in Kuwiat is very reasonable, you can have a sandwitch and a pepsi can for about 50 cents only, and you can rent a one bedroom apartment in good neighborhood for $ 300. Good Luck
