Saudi Arabia: Shopping online in Riyadh:
Does anyone shop on line or use e-bay here in Saudi? Do you have problems with the delivery of products: eg make-up and clothes? Suggestions greatly appreciated as I hate shopping without change rooms and between prayer times. Thank you.

I was told that near one of the large mosques there is a sewing souk. Looking for older style, 2nd hand Bernina or Singer....basic stitches....well maintained. Stores with all thing related to sewing would be great!
Saudi Arabia: Help getting: "house boy" and driver:
Live on western compound and need "house boy" and driver . Situated near National guard Hospital in Riyadh, Saudi.
How do I go about accessing a worker...preferably Phillipino, to drive kid to school, myself to work and shops and do house boy duty. Some cooking involved, 5 1/2 days a week.
Is it all word of mouth as I needed someone a week ago! Is it via friends hanging notices in compound? How do the employees find out? Help please?
P.S: I hate the "term house boy" which means a mature atleast 20+ up to family man, to clean, garden, cook or food prep. and safe/polite around wife and children.
Saudi Arabia: Recommendations for chiropractor/ osteopath:
Living I Riyadh. Have checked out a couple of Chiro. without success but lots of SAR!. Results not effective or long lasting. If any one can recommend a practioner that bought about some significant health changes, then would appreciate the contact.
Saudi Arabia: Do you think a "image consulant business" would be successful in Riyadh, Saudi?:
Thinking of doing a image consulation course: looking at helping women of all sizes and ages, be confident and present the best in their personal lives. Looking at colour analysis, make-up, what clothes suit body shape and personality,.etc Target audience would probably be expatriates. Can also do a male grooming course i.e best colour, best cut of suit, etc so present more powerfully in their business world, and how to look their best in the casual wardrobe etc.
Feedback appreciated: is it worthy time, SAR, to set up this type of business?? Thanks, Aussie Mum
