Luxembourg: Moving to Luxembourg:

If you speak French, it will be much easier for you to live in Luxembourg. Also, if you work, I think you will make friends in no time. If you don't work, it's a bit more trivia. One of the good ways is to take language class (at Centre de langues for example). As for housing, I used www.athome.lu. For a 1 bedroom apt close to city center, the price is around 1,100-1,500 (not including charges which is around 150-200 euros).

Vietnam: volunteer work in Vietnam:

Hi jmd25, July/Aug in Hanoi is often very hot and humid and a lot of foreigners sweat. I am from Hanoi and I still find the weather unbearable. And yes, it rains too. I normally don't go out very often during these summer months. However in Aug the weather will cool down a little bit with less humidity.

Hi there, My family will be moving out of Luxembourg ville to Bertrange. Anyone can recommend a good moving company/private movers that offers reasonable rates. We don't have a lot of stuff, so if the company charges by hour, that should be fine. Thanks a bunch!
