Hope someone can help me. I considering moving to Bimini in the near future and have several questions. Is there anyone who offers expat services (for a fee obviously) that can help with the details? One quick question first tho, is a drivers license required to drive a scooter/motor bike? I have searched and can't find anything...Thanks G

Ecuador: Considering Moving to EC:

Great information. I had many of the same questions posed on this forum. My wife and I are in the very early stages of looking for a place to retire and EC intrigues me. From reading the posts it would seem that Guayaquil might best fit what we are looking for. A nice home, nothing fancy 3/2 with a few acres for horses and easy access to the city and coast. Did I interpret what I read properly? Also, do you kow about any restrictions for bringing pets with you? As I said we just started talking but would guess that we would need to take a couple of weeks to come over and check out different area's. Thanks for any input you may have
