Luxembourg: English speaking hairdresser:

just a suggestion... take photos with your smart phone of the style you DO want and of some you DO NOT want. trust me on this (from the internet or magazines). the ladies haircut styles are very diff from usa. I find it very chop chop here, and I despise it. Even after showing the photos I still got a different cut. not horrible but stil not what I wanted. (no one heard of soft, long layers over here???)

my friend says that with orange, for 50€ a month you get some mobile intl calls included. might just be for europe, not incl uk. worth a look I think.
