Switzerland: ZUG SUBURBS:

Hi Anyone, My partner has recently been offered a job in Zug and intends to accept. She'll be arriving next month. I expect to join her in due course. One quick question - she/we will need to rent a smallish apartment of 1 or 2 bedrooms with the second used mainly as a study. We have seen from this site that Baar & Cham get honourable mentions. Would that be right - and would Zug itself be okay if we can find a suitable place. Or are there any other "suburbs" within say a 30km radius that have quick and convenient train services to Zug. We will have a car and I'll probably be a man of liesure (ie a kept man) so we are not totally dependent on public transport. I'm a UK national, she a Lithuanian. Neither of us have the German language but intend to attempt to learn it. Me for the third time !!! Ich habe ein Deutsche nahme, aber ich speche kein Deutsche. No doubt other questions will come to mind as time passes but in the meantime would be very interested to receive any feedback on the above locations. Many thanks in advance. Steve
