Thailand: Domestic flight turmoil:

Just used AirAsia and had no problem. I'm from the US and had no problems booking from there. When dialing Asia you will first dial 011 66 2 515 9999 and their hours here are 8am to 9pm BKK time. It's 13 hours difference for the east coast, 12 hours for midwest and I think 11 hours for the west coast (daylight savings confuses me). It's a straight forward system. Your address must be the same one you use for your credit card. Phone number for the US should be straight forward. Let me know if any of this helps? If not, we can try something else!

Thailand: Probate help in Thailand:

Gina, Did you try Siam Legal? The work a lot with Visa's, but they also work with property issues. They have a number to call in the UK, but you may want to chat with someone here in Thailand. They do speak English and have attorney's from the US, UK, Australia, etc. Not had to deal with this, but they might be of help! Good luck!

Thailand: Looking for a job in bangkok:

I agree with the previous response that is you want to teach, jobs are available. Thailand is very restrictive on the job front. If it is job a Thai can do, then you are out of luck. What I did was get a contract from the U.S. that allows me to work over the internet. I also have a couple of websites. On these websites, I do per diem work for others who need articles written and editing. You sort of piece it together. I do have a friend from the US who has been here for 10 years and he seems to find jobs, but I think he sells himslef short, just to get his work permit to stay. Noodles 3 times a day get a bit tired after awhile. If you want to teach for awhile, it may give you a chance to network here and that can help in looking for something in your choosen field.
