Nepal: Shipping internationally:

Hello, I would like to ship some of my large items to Kathmandu, but I hear freight shipping is cheaper internationally. Has anyone used freight services to ship things from the US to Nepal? If so, what was your experience like? Is sea freight cheaper than air freight? Does anyone also know of any good reputable (low cost if possible) shipping companies? Any tips or ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Nepal: Considering to move:

I would like to move to Nepal within a few months. My concern is I've never done something like this before and do not know where to begin. I still have a job, an apt and car here. Where do I begin?? Also what other jobs can I get other than teaching English? Help:(
