Q6. Hi! I used to live in Bangkok and there I went to a group meditation every week. I've only been in Vientiane a month but so far I haven't found anything similar. But it's easy to practice meditation in the temples here. There is weekly meditation every Saturday at one of the temples and it's open to everyone. They practice Vipassana meditation here (sitting and walking). I'm actually thinking about seeing if my friend can come here every month to lead a meditation and healing if I can't find anybody else, but I would need enough people for a group to make it work.
